The Silver Package ($60 per person)

The Silver Package offers everything you need for a gorgeous reception at the St. Boniface Golf Club. It includes your meal, a choice of 3 course Plated meal or Buffet meal, table linens, chair covers, DJ and more.

The Gold Package ($80 per person)

The Gold Package provides you an all-inclusive wedding package with all of the details of the Silver Package plus a few great bonuses including a late night coffee station, late night snack for your guests, hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and sparkling wine for the head table.

The Platinum Package ($110 per person)

For those couples wanting the ultimate, affordable all-inclusive wedding package our Platinum Package provides everything in the Silver & Gold Packages plus a wine pouring during dinner and an unlimited host bar. This is the ultimate wedding package where we take care of everything you need to plan an amazing wedding ceremony and reception.

The Elite Package ($135 per person)

The Elite package is truly a dream come true. It includes everything in the Platinum Package, plus all of your centerpieces, bridal bouquets and a wedding cake or a sweets table. This package also includes all of the staffing to set out party favors, menu cards, name tags, and centerpieces. Enjoy your special day by allowing us to do everything for you.

 

From the Chef

Chef Ian Wong has always been drawn to cooking and with parents who are great cooks, he tasted and experimented with everything he could get his hands on. It was fifteen years ago that he started in the kitchen with his first job as a dishwasher and he worked his way up into line cooking. Years later, he attended Red River College and enrolled in the Culinary Arts program, completing it in 2006. After working for a few fine dining establishments around the city, he was offered the position of Sous Chef at St. Boniface Golf Club and was then promoted to Chef three years ago. 

He enjoys cooking classic dishes by modern means and adding his own twist, learning new styles of cooking from around the world and broadening his understanding of the profession. His Chinese roots also have a major influence in his style as he enjoys cooking with Asian ingredients and flavours. Being able to work at the St. Boniface Golf & Country Club allows Chef Ian to experiment with tasty things and he is always ready to take on new challenges!
