It all started with Macrame!!!! One of our favourite Instagram accounts right now is @Creeryan. Nicole Ryan is an amazing locale artist who creates custom macrame pieces. Between her inspiring pieces and macrame trending in the wedding industry I knew that I needed to involve her in some way in my bohemian style shoot. After meeting with Nicole and designing all the macrame pieces I build off that to create the rest of the shoot.
I wanted the feel to be light, bright and airy which is how we ended up at St. Boniface Golf Course. Their new ceremony space became the perfect backdrop for my vision. With the help of many talented vendors we transformed the space to create our own magical space right in the heart of the city.
Keeping with the woodsy vibe we chose to use a wooden table and dark oak cross back chairs. We kept the centrepieces minimalistic but still created high impact through the gorgeous flowers and gold cutlery.
Our wonderful models were dressed to perfection. We chose a gorgeous lace gown with just the right amount of flow to go with our more laid back groom attire. We let the details of the hair, accessories, bouquet and makeup shine through.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our bohemian styles shoot. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
